Who we look for

What makes a good Playbook guest

  • Real experience

    You have served as an expert witness, or you work closely with experts as an attorney, consultant or case professional.

  • A practical topic

    You have a specific lesson, process or challenge to talk through, something listeners can apply to their own work.

  • Clear explanations

    You can explain complex ideas in plain language for an audience of experts and attorneys from many fields.

  • Lessons learned

    You are open about what went wrong as well as what went right, so other experts can learn from your cases.

What we will not ask you to do

We will not ask you to comment on active matters, identify parties, or discuss how an expert might support a retaining attorney’s position. Those conversations are not useful to our audience and not appropriate for a public recording. Every guest receives the questions in advance.
